After one week of walking practice, Annabel takes on the beach in Santa Monica.

Annabel's wonderful "Anya" (her Hungarian mama while Sam is at work) took these adorable pictures of baby's first painting project. Thank you, Szilvia, for being brave enough to paint with toddlers, and for giving Annabel such a lovely home away from home! We love you!

FIRST STEPS!!!!!!!!!

Annabel finally decided to take her first steps this evening, at exactly 16 months and one day old. What a thrill for Mama tonight!! She is now officially a toddler! And, yes, I guess our lives just got a little bit more complicated....
